Colorado’s top federal prosecutor is scheduled to testify at a Congressional hearing Tuesday on his office’s approach to marijuana legalization in the state.

The hearing, before a subgroup of the U.S. House’s Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, is titled, “Mixed Signals: The Administration’s Stance on Marijuana.” It is the sequel to a similarly titled hearing last month, at which Republicans expressed concerns over marijuana legalization and Democrats hammered a White House drug-policy official for placing marijuana in the same category of dangerousness as heroin.

Tuesday’s hearing is scheduled to begin at 11:30 a.m., and Colorado U.S. Attorney John Walsh is the second speaker scheduled. Joining Walsh at the hearing will be Drug Enforcement Administration deputy administrator Thomas Harrigan, according to the committee’s schedule.

The hearing will be streamed live online.
